RETURN
Return requirements:
- If you wish to make a return we will deduct a return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. The return fee is progressive, based on the number of items returned. Please see return fees in the tab "How do I return my order" below. Exchange of size is free of charge. Please see exchange instructions in the tab "How do I exchange my order" below.
- You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you.
- The item must be unworn, in original condition with all the tags still attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. The product must be returned in the same bag in which you received the product (barcode/product name must match the bag you place the product in).
- The item must be packed neatly in its original packaging so that the item appears as new. The return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box in which you received your order.
- The item has absolutely no marks (including make up, tan marks, pet hair, deodorant, stains etc.)
- The item has absolutely no odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor, washing powder etc.)
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Any shipping costs at the time of purchase are not refundable.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments when returning products. Please contact the carrier for more information.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, the return will be processed within 14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been received, inspected, completed and a refund has been issued.

Please ensure that you have read our Returns Policy carefully before making a return. If your return does not meet all of our terms and conditions, your return will not be accepted.
- Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, the return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box you received your order in.
- Register your return in our return portal here.
- After the return is registered in our return portal, you will receive an email with further instructions and a QR code (if you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder). Download the QR code and bring it to your nearest PostNord delivery point. The PostNord personell will assist you in printing the label and processing your return package.
- We will deduct a return fee from your original payment before refunding the balance amount. The return fee is progressive based on the number of items returned. Return fee: 1-2 items 99 NOK / 3-4 items: 149 NOK / 5+ items: 199 NOK.

If you are awaiting your refund, please check the tracking of your return shipment to see if the package has reached our warehouse. Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 14 working days after we receive the return package.
In our returns portal, you can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Your order will be refunded based on your selected option. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, the timeframe for the refund may vary depending on the payment provider. It can take 7 - 10 working days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are only available for our Norwegian customers. Exchange is free of charge. We only accept exchanges according to the following requirements:
- The right to exchange only applies to exchange of size.
- You can exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Anything sent to us after 14 days will be rejected and returned back to you.

1. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging, the return must be sent back in the FITBERRY box you received your order in.
2. Place a new order for the new size you wish to receive.
3. Register an exchange in our return portal here. Write your new order number in the comment section "NEW ORDER NUMBER (EXCHANGE)" at the bottom of the page. This will register in our system that you have placed a new order for a new size, and you will not be charged a return fee for an authorised return when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.
4. After the return is registered in our return portal, you will receive an email with further instructions and a QR code. Download the QR code and bring it to your nearest PostNord delivery point. The PostNord personell will assist you in printing the label and processing your return package.
5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed at our warehouse and your refund has been issued. Please note that it can take up to 14 working days from the time your return is received at our warehouse until it is processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not offer exchange for customers outside Norway. If you wish to "exchange" your item, you must return your order and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the instructions for returns above.
